C. Ryan Childress has successfully litigated a wide array of civil cases throughout the country while focusing his practice in the areas of commercial transportation, property damage claims, product liability, construction defects and wildfires.
 
Ryan regularly first-chairs mediations on behalf of his clients securing favorable settlements. To the benefit of his clients, Ryan prides himself on identifying the most efficient path to resolution.
 
Ryan is a member of both the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
 
Before practicing law, Ryan served five years in the United States Marine Corps, which included a deployment to Afghanistan. 
 
While serving on active duty, Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts at American Military University in 2012. After receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps, he earned his law degree at SMU Dedman School of Law in 2018.
 
Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.
